ML Design Studio specializes in consultation, planning, designing and construction of small scale to large scale projects.
This includes residential, offi ce buildings, restaurant, retail units, hotels, malls, mosque, factories, training facilities and
storage facilities.
The fi rm also provides service for maspterplanning of mixed-used developments and integrating urban design and
planning for a strategically useful plot.
With over 18 years of experience, the founder, Maria Lourdes Evangelista was able to gain design experience from
residential, hospitality, commercial, transportation (airport), healthcare, industrial (factory), master planning and urban
planning. Along with the other Architects who have more than 30 years experience in architecture industry (within
GCC, Europe, America and Asia), the fi rm is confi rdent in bringing a world class design and expertise.
As part of the continuing professional development, the offi ce is also learning new methods, applications, designs and
innovations in order to cope with the fast growing industry. It is also adopting a more earth-friendly approach to the
design and build.
